Grill Up Some Healthy and Delicious Recipes

Dishes cooked on the grill have that unique, smoky flavor, and grilling is a super-fast cooking method. The grill’s flames can develop robust flavors in all types of foods—from meats and poultry to seafood and fresh fruits and vegetables; even pizza and desserts.

As far as cooking methods go on the grill, each dish is different, so it is important to follow the recipe directions to ensure safe and proper cooking on the grill and to avoid cross-contamination with raw meats.
