1-1/2 cups 1% milk
1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored, diced
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cooked unsweetened oatmeal, quick or old fashioned
1 tablespoon Equal® Spoonful
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in blender container; cover.
Blend 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
