Beef and Cabbage Casserole

Makes 8 Servings


1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
3 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 medium-size onion, chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
2 packets Sweet ‘N Low
1 1/4 cups water


Preheat oven to 350F. In medium-size nonstick skillet, brown beef and onion; drain fat. Transfer beef and onion to 2 1/2 quart casserole and combine with remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, about 45 minutes.
