Makes 4 Servings
2 cups soy milk
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened red raspberries
1/2 cup Equal Spoonful
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Fresh mint, optional
Additional sliced peaches, optional
Place all ingredients except additional peach slices and mint in blender container; cover. Process until smooth.
Serve immediately in tall glasses, garnishing each with fresh mint and a peach slice, if desired.
