Makes 1 1/2 Cups
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds (optional)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon coarsely chopped almonds
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup oats (quick or old fashioned)
1/4 teaspoon Sweet’N Low® zero calorie sweetener
A pinch of each, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a cereal bowl. Stir well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
For a complete breakfast, serve with 8 ounces of milk and 1 cup of fruit.
